Office Administrator – Portland/Beaverton, Oregon

We are seeking an Office Administrator to add to our growing team. Providing superior service to our patients and effective collaboration with our allied healthcare professional, the Office Administrator will provide customer service to patients, co-workers, and referral sources through the front office responsibilities.

Typical responsibilities include: Patient appointment scheduling, Insurance verification, Creation of new patient charts and maintenance of patient records, Scanning and filing patient documents and ensuring complete and accurate information, Managing incoming phone calls, Obtaining insurance authorization, Providing financial counseling for patients and taking co-insurance payments, Requesting documentation such as detailed written orders, physician chart notes and letters of medical necessity

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, 2 years of office administrative experience, Minimum understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and Commercial Insurance, Ability to get along with others and work under pressure, Multitasking, Greet patients with a warm and inviting demeanor.

Staff Practitioner, Certified Prosthetist Orthotist – Portland/Oregon City, Federal Way/Tacoma, Indiana

Evergreen Prosthetics and Orthotics, LLC is hiring for the position of Staff Practitioner for our clinics in the South Sound. Evergreen is an independent prosthetic and orthotic provider operating in seven states. We are currently recruiting candidates with at least three years of clinical experience. Candidates should be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized team players who work well with patients in both hospital and clinical settings. Must have great communications skills and confidence to interact with other healthcare professionals. Experienced O&P Biller - Oregon City, Oregon

Evergreen Prosthetics and Orthotics, LLC is looking for an experienced Prosthetics & Orthotics/DME Medical Billing Specialist to add to our growing billing department located in Oregon City. As the billing specialist, you will perform all tasks related to submitting and working medical insurance claims to achieve prompt collection for multiple clinics in an efficient manner. The billing specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely billing of all commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid Accounts.

Typical responsibilities include extracting all information needed to complete daily billing process from patient records; communicates effectively with practice staff regarding payment policies and financial obligations; maintains strict confidentiality, ethical conduct, and professional etiquette; perform other related duties as directed or assigned.

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 2 years' experience in P&O insurance billing; knowledge of medical and insurance terminology; able to work independently; working knowledge of insurance payer requirements, as well as understanding of billing clearinghouse (Waystar).
