Staff Practitioner, Certified Prosthetist Orthotist – Astoria, Oregon

Evergreen Prosthetics and Orthotics, LLC is hiring a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist for our clinic in beautiful Astoria, Oregon. As an independent prosthetic and orthotic provider operating in seven states, we are seeking candidates with at least three years of clinical experience who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized team players. Ideal candidates will excel in both hospital and clinical settings, possess strong communication skills, have the confidence to interact with other healthcare professionals, and possess a current certification with ABC or BOC. Office Administrator

We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Office Administrator committed to delivering exceptional service to our patients and fostering effective collaboration with our allied healthcare professionals. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, providing outstanding customer service to patients, colleagues, and referral sources through various front office responsibilities.

Your duties will encompass scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance coverage, establishing and maintaining patient records and charts, scanning, filing, and verifying the accuracy of patient documents, handling incoming calls and inquiries, obtaining insurance authorizations, assisting patients with financial counseling, processing co-insurance payments, and managing necessary documentation requests, including detailed orders, physician notes, and letters of medical necessity.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least 2 years of office administrative experience, a basic understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and Commercial Insurance, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent multitasking capabilities, and a friendly and welcoming demeanor when greeting patients.

Orthotics Prosthetics Resident – Portland Metro, Washington South Sound, Idaho, Colorado, Indiana

Evergreen Prosthetics and Orthotics, LLC is looking for prosthetic and orthotic residents in each of our major markets. Evergreen is an independent prosthetic and orthotic provider operating in seven states. We offer a comprehensive residency that will allow you to work with a variety of patients and practitioners, and be hands-on with in-house fabrication labs in each of our clinics.

Candidates should be self-motivated, detail oriented, organized team players who work well with patients in both hospital and clinical settings. Must have great communications skills and confidence to interact with other healthcare professionals.
