Our new Mobile Care Unit delivers high-quality prosthetic and orthotic services directly to homebound patients in Colorado, Portland metro area, and Puget Sound. We provide personalized care, including PT evaluations, custom fittings, and spinal orthotics, in the comfort of your home or hospital. By eliminating the need for transportation, we ensure seamless, convenient care coordination with home health nursing services.
Mobile Prosthetic & Orthotic Services
In response to the coronavirus outbreak, Evergreen has developed a new Mobile Care Unit. Practitioners are now capable of delivering prosthetic and orthotic care to patients who are homebound or at-risk in the Portland Metro area, Puget Sound and Colorado, wherever they are.
After serving patients in the hospital, we can continue to serve them wherever they go, by eliminating the burden of transportation for patients who are homebound & offering an alternative for those most at risk from COVID-19.
No additional charges are associated with this service.
