Chad completed his graduate studies in Prosthetics & Orthotics in 2012 at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Prior to that he achieved his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from The University of North Carolina in Wilmington, NC. Chad has been working with amputees for over ten years and has significant experience in a number of available treatments for amputees, including microprocessor technology. He is passionate about working with every patient to customize their care, in a way that will maximize their mobility function. He states, ‘’The first thing of utmost importance to me personally is to listen to my patients. I need to make them aware of their options and allow them to be part of every decision regarding their plan of care.” Chad and his wife Tiffany have 4 young children. In his spare time, Chad enjoys the beach and spending time with his family.

With over Twenty years' experience in the field and over eight hundred Prosthetic devices delivered to amputees, Andy specializes in Lower Extremity Prosthetics, as well as adult Orthotics. Andy enjoys working with patients of all age groups and is determined to assist each individual to achieve their true potential. Andy and Anna have one young daughter. In his spare time, Andy likes riding dirt bikes, boating, golfing, snowboarding, billiards, watching movies, and spending time with his family.

Steven comes to Evergreen with experience from pediatric clinics, level-one trauma hospitals, intellectual developmental centers, and nursing and rehabilitation facilities where he gained vast experience with microprocessor technology, upper extremity prostheses, stance control kafos, hip disarticulation prostheses, and various socket technologies. Steven believes that every patient has a choice in their healthcare and is vital to the decision making process. When not working, Steven spends his time as an avid wood- worker and enjoys spending time with his two daughters.

She feels the O & P field is very rewarding and enjoys being a part of the success of each patient and developing relationships with each patient and supporting family members. Missy and her husband David have 3 children and 1 grandchild and their sweet chocolate lab Remi. She enjoys reading, sitting on her front porch, relaxing by the pool in the summertime and Hallmark movies during Christmas time.

Prior to joining Evergreen, she worked for Alliance Fitness Center in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She understands the vital importance of one’s quality of life and is devoted to serve Evergreen's patients by providing them support to the best of her ability. As a mother of an amputee, she understands the importance of excellent patient care and peer support, and she is committed to seeing that Evergreen's patients receive the highest quality of service. Outside of work Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in her home state of Colorado where she studied Biomedical Science at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Kate has a background in gerontology, pediatric adaptive fitness, and research on Osteoarthritis development in the sound limb in lower limb prosthesis users. Kate is passionate about empowering individuals in their rehabilitation journey by helping them achieve their mobility goals, and values each and every patient relationship. Kate enjoys reading, live music, and being outdoors.

David also handles our shipping and receiving and works very diligently to make sure all patients items are ordered or sent for fabrication in a timely manner. David has been an amputee since he was a child and is very compassionate toward others facing any medical challenges and is often asked to talk with our patients. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies & tv shows, listening to music (especially from the 80’s) and playing his guitar. Around our office he is known as “the coffee man”, no one else makes the coffee like David.

Her desire to help others fueled her interest and kept her an integral part of the medical field in Goldsboro. Denise is married to Keith for over 35 years, and they have 2 married children and grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their family. Denise loves calling Goldsboro home and is excited to help patients in Goldsboro and surrounding areas with Evergreen Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Kelli has 1 daughter who's going off to college that she loves spending quality time with among traveling to softball fields and watching her daughter and teammates play fast pitch. Kelli's favorite holiday is Christmas as she finds it to be magical and loves decorating for it and being able to curl up next to a fire and watch Hallmark Christmas movies.
